FAQs 2020

Further to the current Coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19), we’ve needed to make some changes for 2020.

WHEN WILL INNOVFEST UNBOUND BE TAKING PLACE?

Due to the escalating situation globally, Innovfest Unbound will no longer be taking place on 3-4 June 2020. Currently, we are assessing all options and hope to announce more news at a later date. We thank you for the strong support and interest you've given to Innovfest Unbound, and appreciate your patience for more details to be released in due course.

WILL MY TICKET STILL BE VALID?

If you have already purchased a ticket, this will still be valid once the new dates have been announced.

If you would like to make any amends to your ticket, please log in here using the details found within your registration email.

If you’d like to transfer your pass to your colleague please get in touch here, providing their full name, job title, email address, phone number.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

When it comes to date-changes and busy schedules, we understand that things can get difficult.  We’ll be able to refund your ticket if you can’t make the new dates when they are announced.

If you’d like to be refunded, please click here to reach out to us directly. Aside from this, we’re unable to make exceptions for personal reasons, weather conditions, travel delays or other factors outside our control.

Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of your request. Depending on the bank's processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on your bank account.
